Illustrative preview — not real participant data.

Progress Notes give your team a simple, structured way to record what actually happened during a support session — what was done, how the participant was going, and anything worth flagging for next time.

Notes are written by the person delivering the support and stay attached to that participant's own record, building a real history over time instead of scattered memory or side conversations.

Who it's for

Support Workers documenting sessions, and Admins/Managers reviewing a participant's ongoing support history.

What you can do

  • Log a progress note against any support session, linked directly to that participant
  • Participants can read their own notes if your organisation turns that on
  • Edit or delete your own notes, with every change captured in the audit log
  • Turned on or off per organisation — you control whether this feature is available at all
