Illustrative preview — not real participant data.
When something goes wrong during a shift, it needs to be written down properly and followed up — not left in someone's memory or a text message. Incident Management gives your team a real record: what happened, who was involved, and what the status is.
Visibility is layered by role, so a Support Worker can log what they witnessed while status changes and follow-up stay with Admin.
Who it's for
Support Workers reporting what happened, and Admins/Managers who own the follow-up and resolution.
What you can do
- Log an incident with type, date/time, and full description
- Status tracking through to resolution — status changes are Admin-controlled
- Visible to Admin, Manager, and the reporting Support Worker, each seeing what's relevant to them
- Recent incidents surface on the participant's own overview for quick context
