Every organisation has its own paperwork — intake questionnaires, periodic reviews, waivers. Rather than hard-code a fixed set of forms, Carelio lets you build your own form types directly in the app, with the fields you actually need.
You decide who can fill each form in and who can see the results — a participant, a Support Worker, a Manager, or all of them — form by form.
